Wide application of polyferric sulfate 

The application of Polyferric sulfate is wide. This water purification product is a light yellow amorphous powdery solid with an excellent performance of coagulation, which produces compact alum flowers with a high sedimentation rate. Polyferric sulfate is soluble easily in water. The 10% solution is red brown and transparent, with good hygroscopicity and excellent purification effect. There is no harmful substances such as aluminum, chlorine and heavy metal ions, and no water phase transfer of iron ions, non-toxic in the solution. At present, most water plants use aluminum salts as flocculants. In order to reduce the water turbidity before filtration and increase the dosage of flocculant, many water plants use excessive aluminum salt and as a result the level of aluminum in treated water increases. A new water purification agent, solution of PFAS can be got by mixing PFS and PAS with a certain percentage.
